Cancellation Policy

It is required that you leave a contact phone number.

Credit cards are used to guarantee reservations and will be charged for the entire booking at check in.

Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to arrival date or card will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Hotel hours are Monday to Friday 7 am to 7 pm and Saturday & Sunday 8 am to 4 pm.

Reservations made for the same day/night can only be made during business hours.

For late arrivals, please contact the front desk before at 425-455-1475. Any late arrivals will be charged by 4 pm on the day of arrival for the entire stay.

If a card does not process for the charges we cannot guarantee a late check in. We will try our best to reach the guest should this occur as a key will not be left if we are unable to process the credit card on file.

All one bedroom rates are based on double occupancy. No charge for children under 18. There will be a charge of $20 per night for each additional adult after two.

Check in is 3 pm and check out is 11 am. Any check out after 11 am may be subject to a late check out fee.  Please contact us for late check out or early check in requests and we will do our best to accommodate.
